Easy Jet question

Hi my daughter is flying with easy jet next week with hand luggage only she has never flown with them before, can she go straight to departures with not having hold luggage or will she still have to stand in the check in queue? Thanks

Check in on-line, print own boarding pass & go straight to the departure lounge. (this is available from 30 days before the flight so she could check in tonight!)
    Or
Queue to check in at the airport

Just be a little careful - Easyjet can be inconsistent and sometimes charge for printing the tickets at check-in (I have been charged £15 before). So I would recommend printing the tickets first, which as Ich points out helps to avoid the queues.

Although the queues at Sleazyjet check-ins are often very long, they are well managed - staff will always try to fast track people in the queue when the desk for that flight is due to close.

Oh yes, and both Stansted and Luton charge for clear plastic bags (4 for £1 I think?) - I assume Southend will be no different - so make sure she has some with her for her liquids.
