Prohibited Steps Order - Any experiences?

I do not want to go into details, as there are a few on here who like to be very negative in replies.

Having just applied to the courts for a PSO as advised by CAFCASS, I wondered if anyone had experiences of this type of hearing, the reasons you applied for one and the outcome?

Thanks.

Try sending a pm to far2812. She does not post that often but has been on here recently.

She had to get a PSO to stop her ex taking their daughter to Peru.

  • Thank you RAS, I will do that.

The PSO is not to stop the children being taken out of the country, but for other reasons.
  • I had to get a PSO, mainly to stop NRP removing the children from my care as he was threatening to take them abroad, it also set out defined contact prior to a full hearing and a few other bits. If you want to pm me then feel free.
