unbelievable case: Martin Lewis can you help Please

I need some advice on the situation with my house been due for reposession, they advise proceedings will start at the end of this month. i am putting the house on the market via an estate agents in attempt to reduce what i owe. can i delay the repo process at all??

seperate problem i had my ex wife change the locks on my house when shes not even on the mortgage refused to give me a key for the last two years, ( my sols was useless) they put the divorce through before finances were sorted which caused this problem and ex wife exploited it.she has now abandoned my house and before leaving changed all the bills into my name, and i have not lived there for the last two years, now i gained access changed the locks back and i am finding the utility comps are saying they just accept an account name change on face value??? and expect me to pay for the bills she left owing. any suggestions.

i have ongoing complaints in with the ombudsman over missale of ppi, i find the ombudsman at best totally useless and should have taken the matter directly to court, i have found the ombudsman dont take into account regulation or guideline breaches let alone consequential losses, when it comes down to the ppi companies getting away with everything and anything its simply ignored by the ombudsman. i have made a report to the oft and fsa over the breaches but they refer me to the ombudsman seems like none of them have any idea on how to deal with the breaches of regulations. i have placed section 10 notices in place with all of the credit card companies which they have totally ignored and costs me money with a ppi reclaim company because of their actions.what can i do with this.

further problem: my ex wife stopped me seeing my son despite having a legal court order in place granting me access, she then informs the csa that contact has stopped which is out of my control and they then penilise me financially for the contact ceasing so she gains twice, i have reviewd this and i am told to seek a financial compensation order against eithr the csa or her for the actions. how do i do this

Martin if your out there, im sinking fast

stressed

I concur, get someone local to you to recommend a good solicitor and book an immediate appointment. this isn't something that random strangers on the Internet can really help much with.

And obviously not the solicitor previously used.
At end of day though you state ex-wife not on mortgage therefore responsibility to pay was yours and if bank repossessing because of non payment then only got yourself to blame.
In respect of ppi, I think you are assuming all policies missold, this is not the case . Just because it was a rip off does not mean it was missold.
