Concrete Windowsill Paint

Can anyone recommend a good paint for an external Concrete windowsill, one that doesn't peal and blister inside a year? Also best proven method of application - thanks.

have a look at bedec multi surface paint.wont peel or flake.make sure the sill is clean and not powdery.if it is give it a coat of sealer-not pva.0
