Beat the Budget - Tax Disc (Vehicle Licence) renewal
Hi all,
If (like me) your car tax expires at the end of March, you may be able to save a few quid by renewing your car tax before the Budget. The Budget is on 21st March, but you can renew your car tax from 15th March. Gordon has a habit of increasing the tax for cars in a high CO2 band, and the changes usually take immediate effect on the day of the budget...
May only be a few quid, but it's a few quid that stays in your pocket rather than finding its way into Gordon's grubby hands!
WARNING: If you're in a low CO2 band you may find that Brown doesn't change or even decreases the car tax...
