Costly conservatory(or deluded seller?)

The first house may have sold for more than the advertised price. Any house is worth what someone is daft enough to pay.

GGThere are 10 types of people in this world. Those who understand binary and those that don't.0 -
someone may have liked it its been removed off rightmove
still on sale with another agent, amended the original link for the 2nd house
despite the first house saying it si SSTC on Rightmove the sign outside the house is still showing For Sale, maybe trying to help next door get someone through the door...0 -
and the latest update
So House A went on sale late last year for £285k and according to Rightmove is SSTC
House B next door went on the market for £335k despite being more or less identical but with a (admittedly) large conservatory, doesn't appear to be live on Rightmove anymore though the cached link above does work so no idea if sold or not.
But now, this week, we are proud to announce.....House A is back on the market
FOR £330k......
http://www.rightmove.co.uk/viewdetails-14930444.rsp?pa_n=1&tr_t=buy
and whats changed (well nothing if you go by the Rightmove link), but if you are lucky enough to walk past...they have...*drum roll*....had the front of the house painted cream(by students according to the advertising sign propped against the garage!)
I can only assume they have discovered oil under the back garden0 -
House B set a precedant so they are willing to try their luck now at the higher price..... I've seen it alot recently in my area as well.
I can only assume House A sale fell through or something, they are going back to market??0
