they hold their price on amazon if you a careful not to damage them you can trade them in for almost what you paid for them there.
well i cant i promised to lend them to a friend and ive accidentally got marmite on the edge of the pages in one - note to self dont eat marmite on toast while reading!!!

No I don't think my post upset you at all, that's why when drwho said I had I denied it. I have no idea why you have such an attitude, but obviously you have followers on here who like it so I will leave you and them to it.

And the fact she was a rescue and had been kept in a shed for a year before we had her (the dog, not my mum!), I don't think she'd cope with kennels or even staying in someone's home.
She pines if we leave her for a day with someone, and although I know she'd probably settle down eventually, I'd be worrying about her

Calmspirit, I used to work for british gas and you can get way more than £50! What they have done is broken OFGEMS code of practice for accurate billing.

I was about to suggest you escalate your complaint but I see you already have done. Good on you for fighting your corner. I used to hate calls where an exchange had been done incorrectly, nightmare for all involved so I can understand how you feel.
