I had queried my bills over 2 years but nobody ever mentioned this as a possibilty.

This really needs reporting to someone - I don't know who but the governing body of utility providers perhaps? Watchdog maybe?

I can't believe that you are the only person who has been overcharged in this way so there will perhaps be hundreds of people who have been overcharged in the same way.

It really needs highlighting as you can't trust them to make sure this isn't happening to someone else.

ignore me, i have a very dry sense of humour.

i'm not going on holiday because i am buying my first flat and completing my degree. Hardly a sad story.

i love animals and dogs seem to love me, i don't think you are daft plus it's a big responsibility for someone to look after your pet.

when i had my dogs there were some places in scotland that accepted pets. just a thought.
