So cheaper to buy there then, but probably easier for me to buy in Tesco as I would have to pay for parking for superdrugs.

reliant on the car already !

I see martin told the world today the best time to go whoopsie'ing! great!!!!

Anyone care to explain the pizza thing to me? I saw the £1.50 off but didnt see any deal to make them cheeeeeap?
Cut out a £1.50 MOC from the price flop mag and use it against any T chilled pizza. They currently have these ones at 3 for £5 so you can use 3 coupons and only pay 50p for 3 pizza.s
    http://www.tesco.com/groceries/Product/Details/?id=273627526

Or buy the italian ones in the green box (only a choice of ham and pineapple, pepperoni or cheese), down to £1.79 each so £1.50 off each one means it's 29p each

So you hadn't used the energy at all? How did you find the overcharge? Is ti likely that others were affected?

You should report them to Watchdog and their regulatory body.

    Hi floflo

well...I had used the energy and the meter readings matched the bills......but the way they converted the units used to kWh (which is what they charge you for) was wrong, the calculation is not shown but basically they were converting using the old imperial method instead of the new metric....my meter is metric

    http://www.bbc.co.uk/watchdog/consumer_advice/latest_meters_pic.shtml

    so imperial conversion of eg 288 units = 9053kWh = £303
    metric conversion of 288 units = 3199= £107

I was being charged imperial for a metric meter, hope that makes sense.

I intend taking it further/back to watchdog/to ombudsman/whoever will listen to publicise this.....think of it 1million meters exchanged in a year ....how many are checked that billing is corrected?
