jemmah1983 wrote: »You can get 2 boxes of 6 in sainsbo for £8 makes it less than 70p each. Also look out for mothercare as I normally get them in there. £6.66 for 9 packs when on offer and sometimes runs when they do 3 for 2.
Thanks for that
But buying 2 boxes in S means you can only use 2x£1 coupons so you would still have to pay £6 in cash. If you buy 3 in As and use 3 coupons you pay zilch AND get a voucher back (if you plan the shop right)
The best course of action is all dependent on how many coupons you have and what stores you have near youApparently, everybody knows that the bird is [strike]the word[/strike] a moorhen0 -

I am sooooooooooo knackered!!
Walked to the docs in the rain (it's a mile, not just round the corner:rotfl:) Then I had time to kill before the dentist so popped in Clintons, no bargains to be had yet though they are closing. Then I went in New Look
It's such a small store that I rarely find anything in there to suit my [STRIKE]miserly[/STRIKE] super savvy shopping methods
:o But the final sale has just started and there were lots of clothing items for under £5 :j:j and shoes for £5 :j:j:j
Found 2 pairs of shoes I wanted but there was clothes I wanted to try on too and I just didn't have the time. Then I remembered about my L2S vouchers so I reserved the shoes, walked home (still pouring with rain) changed my sodden shoes, picked up my L2S vouchers then walked to the dentist. Tooth has been built up with a huge lump of temp filling  Looks like I've got a big blob of chewing gum stuck to my toothNot very happy because it's already disintegrating which means I'm gonna end up eating most of it, yuck! But on the plus side there's been a cancellation next Friday so rather than wait til the end of July :eek: I've now got an app 2 days after the one I've cancelled for next weds to take Mum to hosp.
Marched back off to New Look. Tried on lots of clothes and none were fitting well:mad: But the last pair of skinny jeans I tried on (age 10!!:o:p) fit! :j And they're a gorgeous peachy colour that I've wanted a while
So £15 of my L2S vouchers got me a pair of jeans and these;

Walked home in the rain again but this time atleast with dry feetAnd promtly collapsed
:rotfl:

Thanks for the PM's peeps!
Just got back from Mr. T's with 8 pizzas!!
I know they're supposed to be kept refridgerated but I plan to cut them in halves tonight and freeze them - that's about 16 easy meals sorted (just add salad!) I have to slice them in half first or I'll be tempted each time to eat a whole one myself!! Yum!"Buy me, Lady", said the frock, "and I will make you into a BEAUTIFUL & WHOLE & COMPLETE human being"."Do not be silly", said the Man, "for a frock alone cannot do that"."True", said the Lady, "I will have the shoes and the bag as well".:rotfl:0 -

Bye Elite
Most of the time it's been fun and very interesting to learn a few tricks of the trade. But dare anyone unpopular express an opinion against the grain my god you pay for it.
One minute it's not okay to abuse coupons, the next it's fine raid the shop's. I can't be @rsed with the snidey comments both here and via PM, so well done you know who you areI will no longer be posting on this thread. Bye
I made a mistake once, believeing people on the internet were my virtual friends. It won't be a mistake that I make again!0 -

. Thanks for the tip
Well its not much of a car maintenance aisle. It had screen wipes, valet kits and a few other things.
Basically, go in store, walk straight ahead for about 2/3 of the store, turm right. If you walk down the correct aisle the scanner is halfway down on your right
I hope that narrows it down a bit for you. At least you know the general area to look in nowApparently, everybody knows that the bird is [strike]the word[/strike] a moorhen0 -

My mum (Ms Money Penny... sorry mam!) usually tells me about the bargains and even though I'm going travelling for 6 months on 20 June all these Pizza deals are perfect for my leaving party!
I certainly had my moneys worth of Wolfblass Chardonnay from Mr T when the DTD was on!
Just wondering if the price checker has been fixed for the JTD on the Chicago Town, B+J and Garlic Bread deal as I'd rather get that but if not Ms Money Penny has kindly donated me 3 pizza Price Flop vouchers so I'm gonna get the Italian ranges too!
Over and out!

But.....a measly £50 compensation for spending the winter in darkness dues to quilts and blankets nailed to windows and doors and freezing cold because too scared to turn boiler on due to cost......now I know it wasnt my boiler! Also used kettle and electric heater which I would not have done if I wasnt scared to turn gas on! gas would have been cheaper! Interest on the £1k plus they had of mine???
Interest rates are rubbish these days.
