Evening all. I visited a T's outside of my normal territory today (The F*rge) and my goodness, it was the cleanest, quietest, most bargainless one I'd ever seen! The scanner still not working since my last visit 6 months ago shortly after they opened.
SA stacking shelves with chicken fillets said with a big smile, 'These ones are only £3 and they're the nice ones' (half price offer)....didn't have the heart to tell her I'd only consider them if they were at least half of that price :o
I got the 3/£5 pizzas, SA needed to authorise 2nd and 3rd coupon on SS but was fine with it. Popped over to A's - they've been ransacked, empty spaces everywhere. Whoever recently mentioned the theory of less affluent areas not being interested in moneysaving- doesn't apply in Glasgow! (this was the East End). Got a few bits though.

And to those of you still with WHSmith gift cards- there's currently a big clearance on books. Lots of half price or better and you might find a '5 off when you spend £10 on a book' till spit lying about too ;)

It says 1 per transaction, so trying 2 is pot luck ;) what about trying with 4 ?

The 500g ham joints are £4 or £0 after 4 rf flops.

hi everyone, back from another exam. only 3 more to go this year. see you lot have chatted a lot over yesterday and today, got about 50 pages to catch up on, just hope i've not missed a glitch.
fed my addiction to bargain hunting by stopping off in E@stbourne A's on the way to todays exam to have a look at their rtc bits, found lots of empty shelves with 20p sel's in place, did manage to get some of the 20p pasta for the kids, some of the 11p desserts and some fajita mixes for 25p, also 1 pack of the blueberry fruit chunks for 25p, all other baking reduced bits were gone, more empty shelves:(

@ Bootsalebargains - We're not all awful honestly, even when I'm working in surgical admissions and I want a scan for a patient urgently and there are no slots left I have to go and speak to the Consultant directly as the receptionists usually have no medical knowledge and are just like a computer, I get no where with them. I know it;s no consolation when you're worried about a loved one but even doctors can't get past receptionists, you have to go around them to the Consultants, who are (usually) reasonable as long as you have clinical need, which you clearly did in this case.

Glad he's all sorted now. Is he diabetic?

Sorry to ask but where are the MOC for meat. Is it the current price flop magazine or the Tesco magazine? Sorry I am missing something, current flop only has £1 off frozen meat? Is it these? Thanks

Pretty sure that anything "pulled" is already cooked.

No I just got the pizzas but I was brave and bought 4 - 3 for £5 and one value £1.00 one so all free! I "accidentally" tried to scan a fifth coupon but it flagged up I hadn't bought the product so it must have credited each coupon to each pizza...

As one was a value one I am wondering what would happen if you used the coupon against value ones only? It scanned OK with the others so it would be a nice touch to get them free and 50p off shopping, my SA's never looked at what pizza I got anyway!

And the value ham and pineapple was really nice...loads of topping for the money!

    :D

we got one or 2 value ones today (or maybe 13:D) plus mum got a few had to put each one through individually as our shop only takes one coupon using extra 50p got 2 packs cakes with 1 free voucher paid 20p did this several times then used priceflop biscuit coupon and got bogof biccies total to pay 68p for 4 foxes biscuits and pizza :T
