I know you all like to keep things to yourselves with the Tesco glitches but don't you think it is VERY selfish to take the details from the Asda reduced to clear thread and not add your finds to it? MT has enough to do keeping the coupon thread up to date (another thread a lot of you take from but not seen many add to) without having to read through all your drivel to make sure she doesn't miss out on any new Asda finds to update the Asda thread.

Pics of your hauls are great, but I don't think you would have them if MT had not posted a link to the thread or started it in the first place. Come on guys, do as you complain Tesco never do and play fair please.
I too took this post the wrong way:cool: I don't think we are at all selfish on this thread and I did post piccies of my A's goodies on here because I didnt know their was seperate thread for it and I found out about it from here. I agree MT does a fab job and it's nice to see her posting on here too:T

Went to local A's yesterday to look for RTC things, didn't get much just some of the delights and syrup sponge puds. Did a bit of wombling though - 1 receipt not enough items :(, 1 over 28 days old :(, 1 for 97p :) and one for £10.53 :j:j

Excellent result, think of all those RTC items that will fill the shopping bags!!

Question for Snap-ant....

Is there a size/weight limit on parcels that can be taken to the Post Office for sending?HC. x

:) Not as such. The larger items get sent through Parcel Force from the PO.
Items like lawn mowers etc do get turned away as there may not be room to store them until Parcel Force calls to collect.
Packet can't exceed 90cm (length) or 104cm overall
Standard parcel is up tp 150cm & 20kgs but no signature
Parcel Force takes all the rest
:)

They'd restocked the jam so it's always worth checking again if you really want it!

Also got

The strawberry holey poly desserts
Lots of the instant whip - raspberry, butterscotch and vanilla all 11p
Ocean spray whole cranberry sauce 30p
1kg baby beetroot £1 (the most expensive item on my receipt!!!)
Colman's seafood sauce 25p
Lemon juice 20p
A's balti curry paste 50p
Silver spoon white choc letters and numbers 25p
Slow cookers chicken curry and chicken in red wine 35p
OEP guacamole dip 40p
Campbell's chicken noodle soup packet mix 30p
Date and walnut pudding 34p

Mission Mexican paste not sure on price, either 25p or 90p, the other one is spicy paste for chilli con carne

Birds dream topping 30p

Schwartz perfect shake chargrilled chicken 70p

And a new one I believe- cracker drinks co mango and passion fruit drink from the juice aisle 40p. 1 litre carton

Hope that helps some of you. I've done this on my phone and it's taken ages so I'm not about to go repost it anyplace else :-p

• Just bought 12 bottles of Blaxland Estate Chardonnay from Tesco. SEL was £4.99 but was charged £9.99. Went to customer services and she advised me that she would refund and sell it to me at the reduced price. I have had a couple of DTD on wine in there so didn't want to draw attention, so just accepted, thinking I will just have to take it back another time. I have come home and rang customer services who said that the store should have given me DTD and they will contact them to ensure that they are aware of the policy. They thought I only bought one bottle and were going to send me a £10 gift card, but when I explained I had bought 12 bottles, she said that is a big amount and that she would have to take it up with the store. They took my contact details and advised me they would come back to me in two hours, just wondered if anyone had any experience with trying for DTD this way. Thanks
