  • Hiya,

I've been lurking for a bit and thought I'd introduce myself - i hope you don't mind me invading! I've been hiding from the computer for about a year but before then was really into couponing - i thought I'd broaden my horizons!

I went to tesco's today to buy the pizza/ice cream/garlic bread deal but they had sold out of the garlic bread. The sales assistant said that she would let me use the healthy option garlic bread, and put it through at £5 for me - which was very kind, but won't work on jtd anyway because she manually reduced the price of every item so it added up to £5!! and to top it off, i came home and cooked the pizza, took it out of the oven and promptly dropped it sraight on the floor - topping down!!!

    Oh well,

Anybody idea why asda are reducing so much stuff. Surely it can't all be down to changing packaging etc. there seems to be so much of it in all different areas of the store x

    Hello everyone :D

Been out for a ride on my pooping horse.

    Watering trough 1 : £69.84 - £43.31 = £26.53

    Watering trough 2 : £79.30 - £43.20 = £36.10

Hmm, one DD and one coupon book. Cue scrambling around the house trying to find where she has hid it.:eek::eek:
I've my lists but thinking I might leave it for a couple of days.
Who else thinks that, as today is the end of the £5 off £40, price checker will work tomorrow. That's what I'm going to believe anyway. :)

Think I'll give the pizza deal a whirl £5 is a good price and if it works out 52p in the end then even better...
YOU WIN SOME YOU LOSE SOME.

Can someone work out my thinking on golden crunch creams.
    1.09 x4 = 4.36
    -£1 moc
    -2.18 Bogof
-2.36 jtd? As they are 50p in asda ?
Does it do jtd on price before the Bogof comes off?
If not £1 odd for 4 packs is good.

don't know if this has been answered but i tried this last week and the biscuits were on receipt as 5p4 tesco instead of £1.09 so they took the bog of into consideration.
