In one store I went to today I found some Reeces peanut butter cups without a SEL in a superstore without a scanner. I thought I remembered something about them from an old Elite 11 thread so took one to SS and it scanned 59p.

Could not be bothered to cancel it so paid full price. It's the first time for many months have paid the going rate for any sort of chocolate. :rotfl:

Is everyone at a party I don't know about??? Very quiet here tonight.
  • Back from a fortnight in Majorca! Really hoping the weather picks up this week, its freezing, they were having a mini heatwave and temps were in the thirties which is good for this time of year! Tried a resort we havent been to before Camp de Mar and will definately go back, it was beautiful. Good to be back in my own bed tho & feels nice to have carpets & not just tiles!! Came back to a pile of freebies that the postie had put through for me, which was nice too!

Afternoon all! Thanks for the new thread FK!!

Had an email today about a comp, you just need to enter a barcode for a chance to win Huggies Little Swimmers. I entered the barcode off a pack I had so no need to purchase, I won 2for1 entry tickets but there are other much better prizes available.

Barcode I used is 036000183399. Good luck everyone:T:T

Am back from 20 week scan and I'm in shock. I literally can't believe it.

Somehow (and yes I do know the mechanics) it seems that I may be having a little boy. There's still a chance (20% according to the sonographer) that it may be a girl.

My partner has 3 living girls in total. In the past he has lost 2 boys....and we have lost 2 mystery babies. So put 2 and 2 together.....and seems likely that it would be a girl. But no. There was definately something between the legs.

Not looking forward to having a boy and a girl in the same bedroom with 6 years in age between them....but we'll have to manage somehow.

Right now this all feels like a dream and I'll wake up tomorrow.

what lovely news for you - hope the tips for looking after baby boys help you - thank you MMW
    Well done!

...the other day I noticed I was counting how many chops I did to slice up a leek. ...DH says couldn't I have a more useful type of OCD, like tidying up???:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Doesn't everyone count as they slice? Come on, surely you do? However can you make sure you slice an even number if you don't count as they slice? ....................................... Ooops :o:o. Surely you always count stairs as you climb them too? And count the artex rings on the ceiling when you can't get to sleep at night to see if the number has changed from the night before? or the number of flowers in the wallpaper border on every wall? ............................... :o:oyou will be pleased to know that I sleep well now and that was at a house we used to live in, not present house ;) I'm off to bed now but you will be glad to know that there are no artex circles on my sister's bedroom ceiling ............... though the wallpaper on the ceiling does have swirls ............................. oh dear :(:(

Night Night Elite :D :rotfl: :rotfl: I think it's time for bed :o
