You got it perfect there FK - well done :T Some of us are our biggest critics and it is our own doubts that hold us back
I am soooooooooooo sorry Call of Trouty - I only put it up as a joke as I was top of the leader board and I did explain that in the same post
I am in the HeadMasters Office now 4p - shaking in my [STRIKE]boots[/STRIKE] slippers
I have actually only been called into the HeadMasters Room twice in my school days ........... once coz I was bottom of the class and the following year coz I was top of the class .............. the reason for the drop in my school work that yearwas that I had been spending too much time at the stables trying to be near horses which I loved but my Dad banned me for a year and I got back into my school workLong time ago now ............ but 3Dogs has a good long-term memory
That'll teach me for skim reading , oh well never mind:):)

Certainly agree with the who cares when the comparison works in the customers favour. I might have to give that one a go sometime. Thanks0 -
We put our new mattress on the bed for the first time last night. It's a Silentnight full memory foam one and we had to open it up and leave it for at least 24 hours to let it reach normal size and the chemical smell to lift. I said to Mr 3Dogs earlier that I couldn't remember shouting out 'oouch my hip' and having to turn again to get comfy and he said that I hadn't moved all night. I feel like I have had a proper sleep for the first time in ages as my arthritis and sciatica regularly wakes me up. We had a good mattress but was now 10 years old so had to be changed, but we've had a memory foam topper for several years now which has been good, but with the mattress going under it, we needed to change things. I can highly recommend these mattresses if you have pain during the night :j
Anyway, Alan did have a good night's sleep but still had pain around his right side so I have upped his codeine from 1 x 3 times daily to 2 x 3 times daily as prescription does say 1 or 2, and when he went back to bed about 1.30pm he said the pain had easedWe have several people to contact if we need advice or extra pain relief - District Nurse, GP, Macmillan Nurses, Colorectal Doc/Nurses, Palliative Doc/Nurses, Stoma Nurse ..................... spoilt for choice but it actually makes it hard to choose which one to contact :eek: District Nurse rang when we got back end of last week and is calling in to see Alan during next week. I have to call surgery to let them know we are back and GP said he would call in to see him about the pain. As it's such a long weekend, I'll wait to see how he gets on with the extra codeine and if ok, will just wait for District Nurse/GP to see him

LTF, mate how you ?
Life can get on top of us at times, FWIW it's avoiding the trigger situations that keep me calm most of the time.
VENT ALERT:
:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::
Took DD to her eye specialist appointment, booked for 1, arrived 12.45. Waited till 1.45 then asked exactly what time DD would be seen. Was told he wasn't even in the hospital and would arrive some time latter on :mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:
Said to nurse " don't you think you could have told me instead of just expecting me to sit and wait with 2 kids ?"
She said " not my problem" :mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:
Left hozi fuming. Not sure where my stress levels are right now, close to volcanic eruption at a guess.
As you all no i'm crap with horse racing, however the Derby is an event I like to flutter with.
Camelot sets off as fav @ 5/8, none of the other runners have me convinced they can beat it.
