Hi spirallingdown... what a pain about the contractors messing you around, hope it gets sorted for you sooner rather than later. Have you got suspected appendicitis? Guess its really painful - another thing that I hope get's sorted for you quickly!

There is quite a few questions when you first join, but once they are done that's it. Clix will email you if you need to fill in extra ones to see if you qualify for certain upcoming trials. I only got 1or 2 trials in the first 6 months. Recently though I've had tons of invites. The only problem with them is you need to see the invite email pretty much as soon as it gets sent. Clix trials tend to fill up pretty quick. I've had make up and household and hair care ones so far. These next ones are going to be skin care. When you do trials there is normally 1 or 2 questionnaires to fill in on specified dates.
Hope that helps, I sure there are others that know more than me though.
