    Had a lovely day today. Daughters Holy Communion went well and we walked to the beach after church and spent all afternoon sat on the green by the beach. Lots of odd shaped red marks where the lotion didnt quite reach though lol!! Tomorrow I have my last training day in preparation of being a London Ambassador for the Olympics. I didnt get posted anywhere too fun, I will be based at an airport during the Paralympics, but Im just happy to be involved.

    Yes,it's a great shame, great talent dogged by health issues, some of his own making... I've read both his books, really quite sad.....I'm surprised he's made 45 to be honest....best footballer ever I've seen play..

    Evening. Been out to my friends bbq but home now, feeling knackered (pregnancy taking it out of me so hope Toni manages on her big day!).

    Yer all that talent shame,when he played he had a :)on his face and could lift a team .

    Here is a pic of the mini carrot cakes I made earlier.. they were delicious, really moist and with edible carrots (made by my own fair hands with fondant icing):D
