There is no sound coming out of my laptop It's turned up and not on mute, anyone any ideas? I told my DD who was sick again that I would show her her fave programme on Youtube, but it's not quite the same without sound! Many TIA

Have the sound drivers been uninstalled for some reason? If it's had a bad knock something could have got dislodged.

Have you tried rebooting.
If you on youtube you not got youtube muted without realising.

Bestie - could you not ask your sister for the password for her account and then go online and double up £5 to spend in store to £10 to use on your new bbq - you can print the doubled up voucher yourself at home and then just use the odd £2 left towards other shopping. You could also do the same with your DD's and OH's vouchers. But make sure they have the bbq in stock first before you change up - could be worth a ring and ask them to put one back for you for a couple of hours. I should imagine it would be quite easy to use OH's and DD's as they both have same name as you, you just need their details to go online to double up in the first place. I have done this previously with OH's vouchers and there was no problem as Sirname was the same, no comment was made what so ever.
