    I actually cooked it for an hour! Never tasted anything so juicy. See pic of claw meat. :D

    Only thing was, the sinews didn't grab much meat as they came out from each section of the legs so had to ferret most of it out with the handle of a fork.

    Also took off the shell and no stomach pouch was visible and the inside was full of brown water with lots of bits in so reckon somehow that had burst in cooking. I just emptied the fluid and gave the rest a rinse under the tap. I just ate two bits of meat from either side of where its bum would be. Good size pieces of meat but had the consistency of a pate rather than meat and a stronger taste.

    Quite pleased overall. :)

    Finally caught up....and had some wine and played a few games. No point trying to sleep any earlier as my bedroom feels like a furnace.

    Tonights 10p bargain.......I asked the SA how to look after it, she said oh thats easy with orchids, just neglect them and they do fine! :)
