    Another sunny day...:):):)

    Happy birthday Frequent and Purdita..:beer::beer:

3Dogs...so glad Alan is feeling better today and hope you both have a wonderful ou in the sunshine...:):):)

Cattysmum...hope your eye op goes well. I share your apprehension. My son has had 3 ops on his eye (he was born with a cataract and has an implant lens). That reminds me he has an optician's appointment late this afternoon.

Went to 2 Tesco's this morning as took my son to school for AS exam and as I had to collect him 1 1/2 hours later decided to 'tour' Tescos..:rotfl::rotfl:
In 1st store the BBQ meat was all stickered BOGOF but there was a woman removing it from the shelf and as I was looking at it she commented that the offer doesn't apply as old promotion and she was there to remove the meat. Went back half hour later and still stickered meat so got 2 packs and had no problem with DTD. This was at W.Av£nue.

In 2nd store again all BBQ meat stickered BOGOF so got 6 packs and no problem with DTD. Assistant called a manager over and he said we are aware of the problem but will leave it for now. He was very blase about it. This was P£ngam Gr££n.

Freezers now full. Can't believe Tesco still not fixed this. But not complaining...:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

I think you just have! it's was prob not the best idea to ring CS 3 times until you got the result you wanted!

you are now well above the radar and will most likely be followed/banned when you go back!!:(

Lol I've been in twice today and the Dep Manager said to me " I'm sorry for you inconvienience yesterday but every store now has the power to refuse DTD at their own discression "
I just smiled and politely said ok no probs I understand and I proceeded to get me a few Wenchies ( only the chilled ones this time)
So at the moment I'm ok :)
    I think .
Get Appletv2 & XBMC in and thank me later

Thank you for all the birthday wishes and a big Happy Birthday to Frequent.:beer:

Not got anything planned for today (other than a spot of sunbathing!) as my DH is taking me away for the weekend. Going tomorrow and calling off at Clarks village on the way to Swindon, where we are staying at the Jury's Inn. Going to Blenheim Palace on Saturday, then spending a day touring the Cotswolds on Sunday.
Hope the weather stays like this....it will be fab.
And the best news.....my new meds have finally kicked in and this is the 3rd day running I've not woken with migraine :j:j

You could get arrested for that you know :rotfl:

Have a lovely birthday relaxing in the sun, save your strength for your weekend away ;) :bdaycake:
