Tesco says: "We're committed to helping our customers keep their costs down.
"We change millions of price labels in-store and online each week and we sometimes make mistakes, for which we apologise.

I didn't get ny DTD :( after 45 mins in the shop
They said I have had too many before.
I phoned head office while in the shop and they said because I went through self scan I should have realised and it was the Managers discression in each store :(
So I asked for a Full refund which they didn't like coz the items I had bought had now been sitting at CS for 45 +.
So I went back in my car and phone customer servos in Wales I think and told them the story they phoned the store and came back with the same answer :(
I got home and phone another customer service number and got put through to a helpfull young lad and said that's all wrong how much have you been overcharged,I said £21 he put me on hold for 20 mins came back and said he was issuing me a voucher for £42 BUT he said please Don't go through self service again if you are looking for DTD as head office are leaving it to managers discretion weather or not to give DTD in store..
So I'll wait for my £42 voucher :)
    Fingers crossed
So as FK said " it isn't worth using up your DTD quota just for a bit of chicken or sausage or similar"

So my first online shop today was delivered. I never realised that

    a) the petrol coupons are valid to 17 June rather than the 2 weeks you get from an instore shop
    b) free samples - I got clipper tea
    c) the shopping is all sorted out freezer/ fridge/ cupboard

I emailed online@tesco.co.uk to say that I hadn't been able to enter some coupons and they replied within the hour to say they will credit my account. :)

    :T

We may all have the odd whinge at Tesco and their customer service instore, but I have to say that their online team are fantastic!

Always resolve my problems in a quick and efficient manner. Oh and you get to keep the grocery items if you have any problems with them! ;)

95% of the time substitutions work in your favour too. :D

My only substitution was magnolia coloured toilet paper instead of white. I felt it was too princess-y to say it doesn't match my decor, so I accepted it. But it really only matches in one bathroom.
