I seem to be finding quite a few of thes little critters in the house at the moment and am not sure what they are, can anyone help identify them? To give you an idea of size, this one is sat on the edge of a toilet roll.

Am back from 20 week scan and I'm in shock. I literally can't believe it.

Somehow (and yes I do know the mechanics) it seems that I may be having a little boy. There's still a chance (20% according to the sonographer) that it may be a girl.

My partner has 3 living girls in total. In the past he has lost 2 boys....and we have lost 2 mystery babies. So put 2 and 2 together.....and seems likely that it would be a girl. But no. There was definately something between the legs.

Not looking forward to having a boy and a girl in the same bedroom with 6 years in age between them....but we'll have to manage somehow.

Right now this all feels like a dream and I'll wake up tomorrow.

Think that one is a May bug, only tend to see them in May. They make a good squashy noise when you stamp on them..:rotfl::rotfl:

    Hi everyone
Thanks for the new thread FK.
Still trying to catch up on the old one. Must have missed loads.
Off to pick up DD for dancing and then I have a night hunting for yet another vole that the cats have brought in !!! Think I should lock the cat flap.
poor little thing looks scared out of its wits in the micro second that I saw it !
    Hope everyone is okay.

I think I would prefer the vole to the dead rabbit brought home yesterday which one od ours tried to secrete under the car on the drive, managed to get the cat away from it and then fetched it out from under with the broom handle.

To find that one of them has eaten the head

And about a month to get the wheely bin emptied by which time it will be full of maggots

Thanks to OP about the Radox shower gel, got 3 for 76p as I used a 25% off coupon from the machine :) Means I can put one in every shower, and OH won't have to nick my shampoo (leaving me to find out only once I've got in the bath grr)
