This is in the Tesco magazine. I've found them laid in a big box after the checkouts. (same one as the wench coupons)

Hypothetical consumer law ish question. (Sorry)

If I order 2 x something, then only 1 x was delivered but delivery note said 2 as per order, then if there is a realisation by retailer of a pricing error, (hence why only receiving one item) so they say they will not send the other item, what should happen?

Am I within my rights to request the missing item be delivered, as I had shipping confirmation of 2 items (and therefore a contract formed) and indeed delivery of 2 (but actually only 1) of said item constitutes a contract? OR is that hoping for too much. Sorry I am tying myself up in knots here.
