hi..just been to Mr. t in tro*brid*e, they have in their jubilee lane the B club triple pack chocolate and orange had a SEL of 79p..brought it to the till but scanned at 1.99. Went to cs to ask for dtd, sa went and checked the sel and came back with a new sel of £1.99. Didnt try to argue, I just asked for a refund. might be worth a look in your area...

  • Wells is lovely.

You need to explore the coast. To the east is the seals at blakeney point. Take a boat trip from morston. Blakeney itself is pretty.

    Crabbing on cromer pier.

    Steam trains at sheringham.

Military vehicles at the mussleborough collection near weybourne.

Windmills to see on route. Cley, weybourne.

To the west is holkam with its free roaming dear. Bird reserves at holkam and titchwell. A loooong scenic walk can be had at Burnham overy staithe. Theres another windmill there too.

If you fancy a day with crowds, a funfair and all that then try hunstanton. Worth checking for 'whats on' at hunstanton as they have few festivals and things over the summer which are great fun. Watersports demos, BMX biking displays etc along with motorbikes and car displays etc.

:T:T:T Thanks so much FK. Haven't got my Tescos plan of attack sorted yet but it is a holiday so I might try and avoid them, treat myself to some M&S food.

I found a new DTD opp thanks to our friends at Ts and Thorntons (i say "new" but i'm so far behind the thread this may have been mentioned before)

I noticed today that the normal Thorntons moments tubs had a yellow BTHP sticker of £2 down from £10 offer ending 12/6 (barcode ends 6468)

The vegetarian moments (barcode ending 7861) have BTHP yellow sticker of £4 also running until 12/6

Both scan at these advertised prices and were on display at opposite ends of my store. !If you were unfortunate enough *cough* to pick up a £4 veggie tub from the normal £2 tub display you could claim DTD making them free.

They have been known to get mixed up in the past because they are very similar looking tubs. The main thing to look for is a purple oval sticker that says "vegetarian/alcohol free". These are the ones that should scan at £4

Obviously this is only of use if your store stocks both types and has the £2 SEL up for the normal tubs but hopefully some of your stores will have this

I'm not going to take advantage. I have enough tubs left over from when the veggies ones scanned at £10 and Ts paid me to take them away because the normal were ticketed at £4 ;-)

I'm waiting for these bad boys to go down to 1p:D:D
were £10 then £4 now £2. Any day it should be 1p as they expire the end of this month:T:T
