Anyone know of any companies/websites that will let me change from Manweb to a cheaper company without having to have meter ripped out and replaced (at my cost)
Do none of the utility companies have a card for me to top up and then bill me for usage?

Not quite sure what your asking sorry, but you should be allowed to change supplier without ripping out the meter, provided you have no debt on your account that you are paying back via your token meter.
Your new company should arrange for someone to change the tariffs on your meter, usually at your next meter reading.0 -
If you are on a prepay meter they will not quote you for a new supply. The only way to top it up is to buy Manweb tickets to feed the meter.

you should be able to switch to equipower, Martin has mentioned them many times as they claim to be cheapest provider of prepayment meters.
