    She isn't eligible for ESA, however she fills the forms out!

    She should continue to claim ESA for NI credits only and then make a new claim to ESA in January next year and she could then be eligible to ESA conts as it will be based on a different tax years,

    If she keeps claiming "ESA NI credits only" from now on that could help her to be eligible for more ESA on yet another new claim for ESA conts in the future.

    (someone please confirm the Benefit new year is in January and so January is the earliest this claimant could be reassessed for eligibility for Conts....???)
