Post Office Credit Card

I was going to use my Post Office credit card to buy Euros before going to Italy later this year as they don't charge commission.

I know they aren't the best rates but not much different to most other online rates and buying online elsewhere means paying with my debit card which gets a charge of £4.50.

My question is with the PO credit card will I be charged interest like other credit cards if paid off immediately?

As far as I know all credit cards charge interest from the day of transaction for cash withdrawals, though the PO mastercard is one of the better ones for foreign currency loading. Around 1 percent I think.

sorry, should have read OP more carefully....I know that the Halifax card doesn't allow the immediate paying-in the avoid interest. Let's be reasonable, now...they have to make a little money somehow!!
