Olympic Seating

I wonder if anyone on here has tickets in the wheelchair spaces at any events? I applied for tickets, but wanted to go with my husband and 2 children. I was told that I could have 1 companion with me (my husband) but was not allowed to take my children with me. It was suggested that I got 2 tickets for the wheelchair area and 2 general tickets. Bearing in mind my children are 4 years old and 1 year old...this may be a problem! Has anyone else come across this?

my son often gets free tickets for old trafford for his badly disabled step son (wheelchair user)they also provide 1 seat for him as carer but cant provide more as it would reduce the space avaliable for disabled people,so his other stepson doesnt get to go unless on another ocassion they get non disabled tickets
I would suggest this is the case for the olympics too many non disabled seats would reduce the number of disabled spaces0
