Hi everybody, I am looking for advice please:
I am about to close a joint account shared with my ex, and was thinkin of applying to 1st Direct, letting them sort out the transfer of direct debits etc (all of which I am taking on myself)...
i would not be paying my salary in, and anyway my wage falls a little short of the 1500 a month mark.
However, I reckon I can afford to deposit 1500 a month for 3 months just to bag the incentive payment...
Do you think they will accept my application, and that I would qualify for the £100 bonus??? ... Thanks in advance for advice

Can't see why not, but pretty sure other banks pay a bigger joining bonus.0
