Hi Please advise if we need to advise our travel insurers before travelling on our holidays ,my partner found out she was pregnant yesterday

Not usually, but check your policy wording.0

Read the small print, most cover you to iirc 28 weeks without prior notification. Some do cover up to 36 weeks though
