Selfish Percy, next you'll be wanting me to make a contribution to your bad debts from years past.

Oh and it's "lesser". Well you did ask that I point out where it was incorrect.

I have had bad debts?, I am pretty certain I haven't ever missed a payment or defaulted on anything...

Fair enough on spelling, but pointing out spelling mistake is the last line of defence when you can't find fault elsewhere. :D

Well if you business can't make a profit to cover its self without you subsidising it then I really would look at that business.

Interestingly my business is making a profit without me having a BTL.

Also if you paid off your mortgage and had enough money to buy a bigger and better house outright would you rent your current house out or allow someone to live in it free of charge ?

If I wanted a bigger house I would sell this one at the market rate at the time and buy another at the market rate at the time.

The schools get the money to pay me by selling the dvds. They usually sell them for £5-£6 and I charge between £3.50-£5 per disc.

Any free copies come straight out of my profit, but I only class it as the loss of materials which I have got down to less than £1 per disc.

As for an act of charity to the genuinely disadvantaged, are you saying that is wrong, you will say food parcels to people who are struggling is wrong next.

Not quite, I would do it for free (therefore a loss to myself) if I was a saint.

I am just a man trying to make a difference in my local community.

It is now true in most parts of the country that an individual can buy a home more economically than they can rent one. That is a reversal of the traditional behavior of the housing industry. However, a new report says that a recovery may be just down the road for the real estate industry. A brand new study claims thatthat the selling price of properties for sale is on the climb. Trulia Price Monitor, released Thursday by the real estate listing site, found that the asking price of for sale homes in the U.S. rose by 0.6 percent in February and another 0.9 percent in March. The report looked at real estate stats in 100 metropolitan housing markets. In all, asking prices climbed by 1.4 percent in the first quarter of 2012 compared to the final quarter of 2011.

I'm pretty sure as far as you were concerned they were great debts.
You borrow some money but you get someone else to pay it off.
Nice work if you can get it. :rotfl:
