BT internet on PlayBook?

Hi. I am having real problems getting my bt internet on my bb PlayBook. I have searched the Internet and it seems others have had the same problem but I still can't get connected. It tells me to check my email address or password but they are correct. Can anyone help?

How are you attempting to access it? Do you have a Home Hub?

Yep, I have the infinity broadband.

Then your email address should have nothing to do with it. By default the Hub will be using wireless encryption and unless you've altered the settings the key can be found on both the underside of the unit and a small reference card supplied with it. In any case the v3 supports WPS so security settings shouldn't be an issue.

Have you checked the wireless settings on the Hub? Discussions elsewhere suggest that automatic channel selection might be the culprit.
