Carpenters quote required!!

Hi there - we want 6 normal internal doors hanged locks/handles fitted and also would like to replace the staircase banisters. Would need a carpenter/workman to do it in stratford E.London

Any ideas how much I could expect this to cost? We could do it ourselves but it will take forever...I just want to come home one day and they're up?

also any ideas on where i can find decent doors.. at the moment its either sewing to screwfix or wickes

Help me work out a budget.

A joiner would do that for you, we were charged £30 per door (door trimmed, hanged and included hinges and latch). Price for the banisters would vary.

We got our doors at B&Q when they were reduced, quite a wide range and styles. Or ask the joiner once you find one, they can usually get good deals at suppliers and they'll take care of the lot. Look on e-bay for door handles, some incredible deeals to be had.
