    My husband has just said about using your debit card instead of using cash, but I said I think that you mean that the systems will crash so people wouldn't be able to use debit cards in that case.

    Is that what you meant or did you mean the ATMs will run out of cash?

    Any suggestions why the ATMs in the UK will be affected by a run on banks in Greece or other Euro countries? One downside for sterling I can see is that it will increase in value making it hard to export. The counterside is that it will be great for those going on holiday in Europe this year.
    Remember the saying: if it looks too good to be true it almost certainly is.

    Because people are sheep, they might think omg Spanish banks got a run on it I'd better take out my money :p
