Hi,
Looks like I have left it too late to get myself a prepaid card to spend euros (go away on Thursday).
So am I just best taking cash or some cash and then take some out if I need more?
Going All Inc for a week so shouldn't need much... I'm usually a travellers chq person but it has been a while since I went abroad and I guess we don't do this anymore ha ha
Thanks!

You should take cash and a credit or debit card. I assume you have one?
Do not buy your cash at the airport.

yes I have a debit card - and in the past I have drawn on it abroad and not found it too expensive for a one off transaction.
Thanks for the advice - I was looking at the travelex card but I don't know if I would even use it. Don't think I'll bother.

For the sake of a few quid, just use a debit card when you are there.

I'd take cash...often find the exchange rate better there (depending on where you are going;))
I take a credit card for emegencies but try not to use it ...but even if I do, as withabix says, it shouldn't break the bank:)0
