Nationwide Select Credit Card

Hi all,

Am referring to the 18 month on purchases one. Has this card been pulled? Last week I opened a new Flex account just to get this and now I can't see it anywhere and the Nationwide site doesn't mention it.

They've changed it. It's now only 12 months 0% on purchases.

Thanks FB, I have to laugh. Was hoping to get 18 months slow stooz into my offset. Waited for a few months between applications as to not upset my credit report then they pull it when I apply. Ah well, 12 months is better than nothing. Is there any kind of banking code that says they need to tell the average punter when and what they are doing?

You mean do they have to tell you in advance that they are going to be changing the offer conditions before you take them up on the offer?

Yes, something like that Gromitt. I can guess the answer! Thing is, surely they should have advance notification if they pull a product?
