IE 7 Microsoft outlook office

I installed IE7 , which I am very happy with. However I am unable to locate Microsoft outlook office!! There is no envelope icon on the toolbar , and I have tried looking elsewhere to no avail. 
Is there anyone that can help? Thanks in advance.

Tools - Toolbars - Customise and add the Read Mail button. You might need to click Move Up so that you can see it on the toolbar.0
