HELP! Advice for balance transfer

Hi, am desperate to pay off credit card that I haven't used for 'years'. I work part time so don't have finances to pay much over minimum payment. Interest rate is ridiculously high and cannot get balance transfer. Have had couple of set backs due to joint accounts, my partner was made redundant twice in 3 years which has resulted in me getting bad credit rating and cannot get transfer.
Minimum payments are approx £120 of which approx £80 is interest! I have managed to open another credit card with minimal balance to try and build up my credit rating to enable me to get balance transfer but no idea how long this will take.
Beside 'winning the lottery' does anyone have any advice as to how I can reduce my payments/pay off card.
Many thanks for 'any' constructive advice/help :)

There are no miracle solution, so unless you can get a card at 0% to transfer the debt onto then your only option is to stick with your payments, try to pay as much as possible towards the debt, increase your working hours...
