Annual income expenditure form question

Tenth Anniversary Combo Breaker
in IVA & DRO
I finished my last IVA payment in January after 5 and a half years. I still have not received my completion certificate, and today i received an annual income expenditure form by post. Do I need to fill this in? I thought i was finished.

    With some companies it is part of the closure process.

    Until you receive your completion certifcate you are still bound by the IVA terms so you will have to complete it i'm afraid
