ALTERNATIVE ENTRY FORM

England face Belgium on Saturday 2nd June at Wembley. The match kicks off at 5.15pm.

There are four second prizes, each of a pair of tickets to watch an England team training session on Friday 1st June 2012, at UK location/time to be confirmed. All winners will be notified by telephone within 24 hours of the draw. Match tickets can be collected by the winners from the Mars Ticket Office at Wembley Stadium on the day of the match. Ticket winners must present ID when collecting their match tickets. Training session ticket winners will receive information on how to collect their tickets when notified as prizewinners.
