How to receive a wire payment?

Hi all.
I'm due to be paid by a company that insists on wire payments. They have sent me a form to be filled in, and I want to be absolutely sure I get the information correct.
Beneficiary name (my name)
Account number (my eight-digit number)
Bank name (do I just put 'Barclays'? or Barclays PLC or something more precise?)
Routing/ABA/Swift (just my sort code here?)
Other details (anything need to go here?)
Such a newbie-ish question, but I want to be sure that the payment doesn't fail because of a minor detail.
Thanks for any help!

As they require Swift, etc. I take they are overseas. Are they?
If you don't know it, you can ask your bank for the swift, then you should put you sort code and account number as "account number"
If in Europe the paying party should alternatively be able to use your IBAN (international bank number)0 -
Yes, they are based in the Netherlands.0

You need from Barclays your IBAN and BIC. Just ask them, they will know exactly what you mean. Also usually need the bank address.0

Thanks guys, much appreciated. Managed to get my IBAN and BIC codes. I have a follow-up question: should the bank address be that of my local branch?0
-
Your account holding branch. Should be on your bank statement.0

Did you get an unsolicited email offering you easy cash?
As the questions sound very Nigerian 419-ish0 -
Heh heh, no, it's all above board, but thanks for the concern
