I emailed Pigsback about John Lewis last week as I couldn't find it either. I had a very helpful reply from Eamon to say that John Lewis are still a Shop & Earn affiliate on Pigsback. You need to type in the item you wish to purchase from John Lewis (e.g. duvet) in the Shop & Earn page and you should see John Lewis in the search results. You get 5 piggypoints per £1.

To be honest I decided to purchase my item through quidco because you can get up to 9% back.

From previous discussions I'm pretty sure M&S are no longer available through Pigsback.

oooo!!! i also just got lots of points! 1500 points for uswitch. only ordered a water saving device and a house water meter. then recieved a letter with a water saving device in it and my confermation of a request to have a meter installed in my house. i rung the freephone number on the letter and told the calls person i had made a mistake on their website, clicked the wrong thing, and only wanted the saving device. this was fine and she cancelled my meter straight away. well worth 1500 points! i was only expecting 500!
plus 250 for snapfish (i never realised you hade to order the free prints to get your points!)

i applyed for this account then cancelled straight away.

I have had no problem tracking my purchases with any other cashback sites i use, so know its not just my computer as the problem, only problems tracking through pigsback.

Do you think it would be worthwhile making a complaint to the ASA or somewhere similar?

there is an awful lot of people not getting points for referals and tesco shopping and not getting any joy from pigsback...

other option...has anyone tried complaining to tescos about them not validating any of your shopping through pigsback, that way if enough people complain to them they might actually get orr their butts and investigate if there is a problem or validate all of your shopping so you all get the points instead of waiting for pigsback to get off their butts and chase it up...

as for referals all i can think of is screen shots of every single page in the referal registration process and inundate pigsback, or someone can start a protest page on the pigsback forum and everyone who has refered people and not gotten points can put down how many people they have refered and not received for as well as the people who have been refered can say who refered them etc then maybe if there is enough people in that forum pigsback might do something about their tracking system...

i think pigsback will only do something if enough people complain and the forum seems a good idea as it will show them exactly how many people tey are swindling out of points...

I've tried taking the case of no piggypoints to Tesco directly but am having no luck - they are refusing to look into the problem, this is the second email I had from them;

I wrote back telling them that loads of people are extremely dissatisfied with the situation, they probably won't even read it!

Thanks to the Uswitch poster. I got 3 x 1500 today i got quotes for credit card, loan, and enquired about freeview. None of which i took up.

now i wait in line for the arcadia vouchers to be back in stock

thanks everyone. just recieved 45 pound uswitch between OH & me. He collected his first voucher how long does it take for my 500 points to be added for recommending him? just sent fo 50 pounds boots vouchers.
