Like a lot of us on here, I've been having trouble getting Tesco points. Received a reply this morning from Lynn:

Hi xxxxx,

I have checked your account access and I am afraid there is no record of you visiting the Tesco offer page on the 6th.
I can confirm you were on the offer page on the 14th, however we download the file for Tesco on a monthly basis via an affiliate program and I am afraid your order was not included in this file.
The reason for this could be a delay on Tesco's side in validating some outstanding orders.

I am afraid we cannot credit the PiggyPoints for orders which are not validated by the partner,

She was very nice about it, there's little she personally can do, so this was my reply:

Hi Lynn,
I appreciate that there is nothing further that you can do at this point. I am however very careful that I do all necessary to track purchases. As there are other sites that feature Tesco, perhaps I'll have more luck there. Sorry, I know it's not your fault, but I do see what others are encountering with Tesco and Pigsback, as you'll know, of course, there are an awful lot of us without the points we were expecting, shame.
