I enquired about this earlier today as my points are missing too ...

"We are currently waiting on the file from Tesco confirming members who made a purchase with them via Pigsback.com. We hope to have this by the end of next week.

As soon as we receive this file we will be crediting members accounts with the PiggyPoints that are confirmed on the file.

    Apologies for any inconvenience caused."

the DP winners, have you thought about complaining straight to DP? rather than through PB as PB dont seeemknow whats happening more than anyone, seeing people going to the extent of complaining to DP might kick them into action and realise how annoyed people are

Pigsback seems to a victim of its own success at the minute. They seem to be doing lots of recruiting but don't seem to be playing fair to us consumers.Everyday more and more people are writing on here that either they don't pay the piggypoints out at all or that they have had to chase them numerous times before points are credited.I know you cannot always rely on cashback sites to pay out but there isn't even a tracking page so you can see what your due and more and more people are having to take numerous screenshots and send confirmation emails on to pigsback for sign-ups and purchases. For the older piggy's,has it always been this bad?

Some accessories if I remember rightly... don't know what that entails and I don't think pigsback do either!

Are you talking about the Dorothy Perkins prizes? If so it doesn't look like anyone has had them. And to be honest I think the responsibility lies with Pigsback rather than Dorothy Perkins as they are the ones running the comp.
Anyone know when they first started the Dorothy Perkins quiz?

I have to say in PB's defence that I have never had any problems with reminding them of points or chasing up any rewards I've claimed or anything.

Not that I'm denying any of you do have problems, I just felt it would be fair to give them some credit. I feel they're the best website for earning points and I appreciate every reward I get from them!
