i can not answer this but i won a week ago and all i could find that the winner will be contacted within 30 days of their name being announced but unfortunatly i have heard many people are waiting from christmas time!
a little concerned that dp are not honouring the prizes

my OH has won quizzes twice when entering during the day.

i've never won and ALWAYS do the quizzes at night.

doh!!!!!!!!!! now i know why....

Do you think the computer program that picks the winners includes them in the update or is there an optimum time for entering the comps - a bit like the tv show phone ins? I have never won a comp but maybe we could have a random selection of times from some of the past lucky winners?

Got this reply in regard to the Waitrose/Lewis voucher I ordered on the 5th, so looks like its an out of stock problem
