I think you should be careful about what you say.
You say 10 people in answer to a question about how many people have been killed.
The article says 10 people killed or injured. There is a big difference, maybe a bruise or DEAD. I know which one I would want.:)
10 people over 12 years in almost 400 shops I would suggest is a fairly good record. There is a chance some of those incidents are caused by the person who got hurt/killed so can not all be blamed on B&QIf you find you are drinking too much give this number a call. 0845 769 75550 -

I expect the shop to be able to phone the distribution centre and ask what the situation is. That's what bugged us, their insistance that it was completely out of the question for them to be able to chase it up and we just had to wait.
It's now 16 days and still not a hint that we might get the goods any time soon.
