we have been messed around by Carphone Warehouse with never any apology and they left us both without our mobile phone numbers which are numbers we have had for years (since the beginning of the mobile phone). this has now been going on for a year. i contacted offcom yesterday but they say that after 9 months they cannot do anything anymore but recommended that we try the small claims court. anyone got any experience of this? thanks in advance.
