I believe the correct date is the 6th of April for the neew scheme.
You've posted on another thread that certificates are compulsory, where did you get this information from?
My letting agent said that it has now become compulsory this month. However, I can't find anything myself, so will challenge them on Monday to show me evidence of this and let you know0 -
