hello everyone
can someone answer this query please
I have got my six years of bank statements this morning.
(shocked about how much money I used to spend on clothes)
I have been through them all, and highlighted anything that say charges next to it also I have highlighted interest charges
My question is about what I can actually claim for, I have read martins instructions but I am still unsure
We have a very large overdraft (3500) and we are being charged nearly £40 a month interest plus £12.00 charges, can we claim these charges back?
The only other charge I have found is £38.00 for one unpaid standing order 4 weeks ago, which I will claim for anyway, i know it is only £38.00 but it is the principal
Thanks guys and help would be much appreciated
Regards
Michele

Yes you can reclaim unarranged borrowing fees, unpaid d/d,unpaid standing orders, unpaid cheques ad card mis-use fees.Only thing you cannot claim is the interest which is applied to your account.0 -

PLEASE NOTE - NATWEST CLAIMERS
Unautourised borrowing / overdraft charges are shown on your statement as follows:
CHARGES . 01/JAN A/C12345678 . £28.00
If you are an Advantage Gold customer you can't claim the Ad Gold fees. Be careful because they are added to unauthourised borrowing fees, so remember to take them off.
