Thursday: Beef stew with dumplings (frozen pizza on standby for picky OH)
Friday: Probably some form of takeaway or meal out as my mum and her partner are here, if not it'll be quorn pasta bake with garlic ciabatta.0 -

Boodle - You mentioned in a previous post that your girls drink Chai tea. Can I ask what it takes like? and can you have it with milk? Also is it caffeine free? I love tea but would like to try something different especially before bed, thanks.
I havent' posted for a couple of weeks but have been following the thread, will post later when I have planned this week.
Today I have defrosted a sc quorn/leek stew and will top with potato slices and grated cheese. DS will have a pizza with HM potato wedges and carrot sticks. That's as far as I have got
Have a good day.

Hi PixieIts just very weak tea made with all milk (usually sweetened soya milk) and with a little nutmeg. Basically I just dunk the tea bag in their cups of warm milk to give it slight pale colour
If I have some whipped rice cream in then I top with a swirl of that before dusting with nutmeg. Sometimes, I make it with Caro which my littlest calls her "coffee" and it is a hot drink made from rye and chicory and is caffeine free so is handy for me too, being pregnant. I buy Caro from the supermarket where it is with the malted drink powders.
Love and compassion to all x0
